Life Coaching for Single Dads

Your kids don't need
a perfect dad.
They need a present one.

You've been the provider, the protector, the one holding everything together. Now it's time to build a version of yourself you're proud of — not just one that's surviving.

Alexander Klimchenko — Dads Standing Strong

The thoughts you've been carrying
but haven't said out loud

Most dads I work with aren't broken. They're high-functioning men doing everything alone — without a strategy, without a sounding board, and without anyone genuinely asking how they're doing.

The strongest thing I ever did wasn't keeping it together. It was deciding I wanted more than just surviving. Alexander Klimchenko  ·  Widower  ·  Father of Two  ·  Coach
Alexander Klimchenko

I was right where
you are now.

I'm Alexander — widower, father of two daughters (ages 5 and 8), senior sales professional, and beekeeper based in Massachusetts.

When I lost my wife, there was no roadmap. I had two little girls who needed their dad fully present, a career that couldn't wait, and absolutely no one asking how I was holding up. I learned to keep moving because stopping felt like falling.

But keeping moving isn't the same as moving forward. There's a real difference between surviving your circumstances and building something meaningful on the other side of them.

I coach single dads — widowers, divorced dads, solo parents — not because I have all the answers, but because I know the specific weight you're carrying. I know what the 3am thoughts sound like. I know what it costs to hold everything together every day with no backup.

And I know what changes when you stop trying to figure it out completely alone.

Coaching built around
your real life

Not theory. Not worksheets. Real conversations that move you from where you are to where you need to be — as a father, as a man, as someone with a life that's still worth building.

01

Grief & Identity After Loss

Processing loss as a widower who's also a full-time parent. Rebuilding a sense of self that isn't only defined by what you've lost — without leaving it behind, either.

02

Parenting With Presence

How to show up for your kids fully — not perfectly — even when you're carrying your own weight. Learning to connect deeply when you're running on empty.

03

Clarity & Direction

Getting off autopilot. Identifying what you actually want for yourself, your career, your relationships — and building a plan that fits your real life, not a hypothetical one.

04

Emotional Strength for Men

Building the capacity to understand what you're feeling without shutting it down or being controlled by it. Tools that work for how men actually think and process.

05

Navigating Divorce & Co-Parenting

Shared custody, co-parenting dynamics, and the emotional landmines that come with them — while staying grounded as the dad your kids need you to be.

06

Accountability & Momentum

Consistent 1-on-1 sessions and real check-ins. A plan that holds you to the version of yourself you're building — scheduled around your life, not an ideal one.

Simple. Straightforward.
No guesswork.

1

Book a Free 30-Minute Call

We talk about where you are, what's working, what isn't, and what you're trying to build. No sales pitch. No pressure. If it's a fit, great. If not, you'll still walk away with at least one thing you hadn't thought of yet.

2

We Build a Plan Around Your Life

Every dad's situation is different. We identify where you're stuck, what's draining you, and where a clear strategy would change the most. Then we work that plan — specifically, practically, without making it feel like a project.

3

Regular 1-on-1 Sessions

Virtual or phone. Scheduled around your kids, your work, your life. We work through real situations in real time. You have someone in your corner — consistently — who isn't going anywhere.

The first step is just
a conversation.

Free. No commitment. No pitch. Just a real conversation with someone who has been exactly where you are — and who came out the other side with clarity, direction, and a life worth showing up for.
