Dads Standing Strong does not offer refunds on any coaching sessions, digital products, or consulting services.
Coaching sessions, consultations, and digital content represent time and expertise that cannot be returned once delivered. All services and products are clearly described before purchase, and you are encouraged to ask questions before booking or buying.
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge or failed service delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. We will review the situation and resolve billing errors at our discretion.
To report a billing error, email amargolycz21@gmail.com within 48 hours. Please include your name, the date of purchase, and a description of the issue.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
